Wireless Networking

Wireless communication is the transfer of information between two or more points that are not connected by an electrical conductor.

Wireless Networking

Wireless networking is a method by which homes, telecommunications networks and enterprise (business) installations avoid the costly process of introducing cables into a building, or as a connection between various equipment locations.

A wireless service provider (WSP) is a company that offers transmission services to users of wireless devices (handheld computers and telephones) through radio frequency (RF)

signals rather than through end-to-end wire communication. Generally, a WSP offers either cellular telephone telephone service, personal communication service (PCS) service, or both. The term also seems applicable to satellite television and Internet access providers.
